Our shipping rates online are for U.S. customers only. Please call or email Customer

UPS is our preferred carrier.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Sales tax is charged for orders shipping to Texas and California.
Texas - 8.25%. California - 8.25%. If you prefer to pay by check, please mail your order and check to

New customer orders over $300 require a credit approval before shipment will be made.
First time customers are requested to make payment by credit card or COD.

Shipping
Our standard shipping is by UPS ground. Most orders are shipped on the same day when the order is placed by 3:00 pm Central Time.
Time in transit varies depending on the order destination. Customer will be contacted if order cannot ship by UPS,
with an alternate shipping method and cost. Most shipments will arrive within 3-5 business days.
If, however we are temporarily out of stock, we will make every attempt to contact you via telephone and give you an estimated arrival date.
Rush Delivery
Rush delivery is available at an additional charge. We can ship overnight, 2 day or 3 day express. Charges may vary depending on weight and number of boxes of the shipment.

Exchange and Return
PRS will gladly exchange or refund your item if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the item. Items will not be exchanged or refunded if abused or misused. Please call Customer Service for a Return Authorization number prior to returning product. Product returned without a Return Authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.
