Our shipping rates online are for U.S. customers only. Please call or email Customer
Service for quotes and information regarding international postage & handling rates.
UPS is our preferred carrier.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Sales tax is
charged for orders shipping to Texas, California, and Washington.
Texas - 8.25%. California - 8.25%. Washington - 8.25%. If you prefer to pay by check, please mail your order and check to

New customer orders over $300 require a credit approval before shipment will be made.
First time customers are requested to make payment by credit card or COD.

Exchange and Return
PRS will gladly exchange or refund your item if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the item. Items will not be exchanged or refunded if abused or misused. Please call Customer Service for a Return Authorization number prior to returning product. Product returned without a Return Authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.
